DELIVERY

Stock orders are despatched the same day as receipt up to 3pm (subject to stock availability) and most bespoke items are despatched within 5-10 working days.
Delivery is made by next day courier, pallet or dedicated service dependant on location and order size and weight.

RETURNS

All damages, errors or shortages requiring a replacement should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order and prior to onward transportation to site.
We will not be held responsible, under any circumstances, for any lost time or expenses incurred during onward transportation to site and installation.
We reserve the right to request goods be returned to base for inspection prior to crediting or providing a replacement.
Goods damaged in transit can only be replaced if signed for as ‘Damaged’. All products should be checked before signing for them.
Stock products can be returned for restocking if the product and packaging are in a resalable condition. A 30% charge will apply. All other items are made to order and cannot be restocked.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

All Signage orders below £100 are subject to a £55 paint charge.
Prices are subject to VAT and delivery charges.
Debit & Credit card payments made through our Stripe portal over £750 will be subject to a 3% handling charge
Credit card payments of outstanding accounts or values over £1000 maybe refused or subject a service charge of 3%
Overdue credit accounts maybe subject to a charge of 8% per annum.
Goods remain the property of Spectra Signs Ltd until paid for in full.
The availability of forward orders are subject to stock in transit and production capacity. Availability will be provided at time of placing an order.

WARRANTY

We warrant that the goods will correspond with the specification and will be free from defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year, With an extended two years warranty available on selected items.
We do not warrant that goods will be fit for any purpose. Please check the specification meets the proposed application.
